The CIL Manager program was started in 2000 when Tim Azinger, Executive Director of the LIFE Center in Farmington, MO (Stu sits on their Board) asked if it were possible develop a program to assist with reports the Center had to provide to the State and the Federal regulators. Now, over fifty CILs in seven states and the District of Columbia are using CIL Manager and supplying a steady stream of ideas for the program. Since its inception, the program has been under continuous development and improvement as the users of the software have provided dozens of user-friendly ideas to make the program easier to use. As a result, CIL Manager has features to help you and your staff know how long it has been since your consumers were last contacted, quickly supply resource information to your consumers, create and customize an unlimited number of mail lists (including advocacy mailings to your consumers political representatives), or find and fix bad records and duplicate consumer entries.
In 2004, one of the largest CILS in the US asked us to develop a CDS payroll program. The initial version of this program was ready in march of 2004, and since that time it has been put in use by over 20 CILs and In-Home Health agencies in Missouri and Kansas. This program allows single entry of time sheet data from which it creates payroll records (checks and direct deposit ACH files) and batch Medicaid Billing and batch eligibility verification. The program also creates the various State and Federal tax documents and checks needed to complete CDS management.
Telephony” is the use of a telephone to create visitation records in an electronic form. This eliminates the need for agency staff to key-in paper time sheet entries for visits made by attendants in consumer homes. There are many other features of telephony as well, such as voice verification and the verifier box. Dial N Document of Wellington, FL is our partner in the telephony system. Together, we offer full training of the software to help ensure high performance.
We currently develop additional features for these and many related programs to help the disabled community and other non-profits.
